đź“Ś Submission Guidelines & Requirements
When taking photos, think about how your WWOOF story can inspire others and help grow the WWOOF movement while promoting organic food, farming, and friendship.
Please submit 10 high-quality images that focus on WWOOFing in the USA. Your photos may include:
- WWOOFers and/or hosts (at least 5 must include WWOOFer(s)/hosts)
- WWOOFers helping out on projects and farm tasks
- Meal-time gatherings
- Farm activities
- WWOOFer accommodations and free-time activities
Additional requirements:
- Photos must be taken at a current WWOOF-USA host farm.
- Avoid photos of people not facing the camera – it’s okay to ask people to smile or pose!
- Ensure proper lighting and focus.
By submitting materials, you grant WWOOF-USA the right to copy, distribute, display, and authorize others to use those materials for any promotional purpose.

- Contest is open only to current WWOOF-USA members.
- At least 5 photos must feature a WWOOFer and/or host farmer.
- By submitting photos, you grant WWOOF-USA an irrevocable, royalty-free license to copy, distribute, modify, display, and use your photos for promotional and advertising purposes in any format.

- Take and select your 10 best high-quality photos.
- Complete the official Photo Contest Entry Form by November 15.
(Optional but encouraged!): Share your photos on social media, tag @wwoofusa, and include the hashtags #wwoofusa and #wwoof.
